Question of the day … Is it “ok” to have a friend with benefits?  This created quite alot of opinions funny & serious.  The consensus was that it is only a good idea if both parties are in agreement as to the exact terms of the arrangement.  Otherwise, inevitably someone will want more from the other one, and then they get hurt. However, I think people need to learn to just have fun & enjoy the ride!!!

Sexy Stuff … I gave the scoop on the physiological changes that we have when we are falling in love.  Our bodies release many chemicals to the brain that act similar to drugs.  Oxytocin can make us happy and less stressed.  It’s no wonder that everyone is always searching for the “love drug”.
