My Co-Host Cassandra Walker learned what the word Paleo means and how it is a new lifestyle for many people craving a healthier way of living or should I say, living like a caveman. We had WINNERS! Callers won a gift certificates to Spa Lucca, Hot Pot Smoothie and one lucky winner who “Got Caught Listening” WON a MINI IPAD from Marshall Wireless. The show ended with St. Louis’s, craziest television news personality, Tim Ezell! Of course Co-Host Kelley Lamm ended the show with one of her ridiculous jokes.
